The size of this product requires flat-bed truck delivery by special appointment. This product will require off-loading from the flat-bed truck by a crane or extended forklift. Your customer is responsible for arranging the offloading and transporting the product to its final location.
A contact number for your customer is required by the freight company to facilitate the delivery appointment. To ensure your success, we will call your customer to share shipment details prior to shipping. If you prefer that we do not contact your customer, please let us know and we will note your account accordingly.
Due to the size and nature of this item, shipping costs for the corresponding sauna heater and related accessories must ship separately and therefore shipping costs are not included in the flat rate above.
